The renovations made the room look nicer. But there were still problems

There were long hairs EVERYWHERE. The microwave was very old and did not work. There was leftover food in the mini fridge when I checked in. And the power to half of the room was not working. I was only able to use 1 outlet and the bathroom light was the ONLY light working during my stay.

I like the way the hotel is set up. I like the shampoo and conditioner and body wash an hand soap dispenser they have in the bathroom. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

My room smells like a kitty litter box and I can't get the smell out no matter what I do.

People there were nice. A lot of people whom are staying there are actually living there. Many children playing around.
Negatives:
Room was clean BUT walking on the tile with no socks our feet turned black. The maids are not doing their job. They are not washing the floor. Also my door could not use the dead bolt. Maintenance came but they couldn’t fix it. The door wasn’t aligned right. So they said I had lift door a bit so I could use the dead bolt. That door so heavy I couldn’t lift it. Even my 15 yr old son tried.

Nothing I had mold in my room and I contacted management about a refund and got no where it’s just sad

The mold in the bathroom the fact that the maintenance man tried to fix the door to my room saying it wouldn’t lock it was good at all I will never book with them ever again
