Negatives:
At first hard to get husband out of car. No handicap parking without cement stops Then could NOT get the door open. Was never told the had to be turned up instead of down. Went to office with a very nice and helpful gentleman from upstairs trying hard to help me. Stood for quite awhile due to NO ONE IN THE OFFICE. Then the remote didn’t work so called the office. Took sometime before someone came then found out needed batteries. Then left to hunt down batteries. Temp was hard to regulate

Everything! Stayed there 8 nights and no maid service came in to clean! No clean sheets. Asked front desk when are they going to clean? Response was "rooms only get cleaned every 3 - 4 days"! Which never happened. Had to ask for clean towels. Asked to speak to the manager. Front desk kept saying the person was not in. Come in the morning. Tried a few times. Never saw the manager. Asked to cancel rest of stay, said they could not return our money. Bathtub filled up wuth water to our ankles when showering! Black mold on ceiling in bathroom. Toilet paper nearly empty with no extra in room. Looks like floors had not been cleaned in awhile. Did not get room requested even though we booked ahead of time. Said they overbooked. There was nothing we liked about our stay and will never return. So disappointing! Never saw anything like this! Will tell any and everyone not to stay there. Also front desk said they would have the manager call us, but never happened.

To be torn down and start from the ground up. We didn't stay the night we were afraid for our lives!! Prostitution, dtu dealings, dog fights and the list goes on and on. Doors weren't secure!!! Run for your life, they have the nerve to charge 127.00 for this DUMP. I want my money back!!!
