Housekeeping needs to do a better job. Looked like a dog was in there. Hair remnants in bed frame. Hand soap dispenser was empty. Toilet seat very loose. Room 202. Concierge was out of many items. Bare shelves.

It was nice. It looked good & friendly staff

For management to communicate with the staff. I asked for the extended checkout with staff he stated 1 was the latest time. I responded ok & Ty. I was harassed by management telling me that they don’t extend past 11. When I tried to explain who I spoke with I was cut off rudely and was dismissed with if you leaving then it’s fine. We were not refunded the extra $25 dollars we were charged when we got there.
Also the body washes & hand soaps were empty.
