We stayed for 8 nights and only had our room cleaned once as they don’t come often, and one of the times they tried we were still in the room and had to refuse service.

The outside look very unkept, weeds everywhere, I didn't think the building was open. Couldn't determin easily where the front door was. The light switches in the room didn't seem to work, I never found the lights for the kitchen. I had asked for a handicap room and this room did not meet those expectations. There was only a single grab bar in the bathtub/shower, no antislip in the tub.

This hotel had top notch management with A+ work ethics that successfully trickled down creating a fabulous environment which I didn’t want to leave. And so I booked it again and again! Wish I could clone hotel employee and place him everywhere I do business.
