The cleanliness. I found baby roaches crawling in broad daylight, the first room they put us in the door was wide open plus didn’t lock at all you could push it open and the second room you had to push/pull with your whole body to open/close. One mattress in the room was comfortable and the other mattress you could feel every spring as sank down to the wood platform it was sitting on.
