We couldn't even stay, we left after 30 mins and they refused to refund.

This hotel was gross. We usually stay in super 8s when we travel and haven't ever had issues. When we first walked in, it reeked of marijuana and the front desk is behind plexiglass. Our room was on the 3rd floor and when we got in it was evident they don't enforce non smoking rooms. The whole place smelt like weed and there were cigarette burns on the bedding. My baby crawled on the floor for all of 20 mins and her feet and knees were black it was gross. We informed the front desk that this was unacceptable and checked out. When requesting a refund they said they were not able to do it since we booked through booking.com. we contacted booking.com and they said they would reach out to the property and after almost 2 weeks only gave us a 17$ credit so overall very unhappy and will likely start booking direct through properties and avoid super 8s

I wasn’t even offered anything/discount for days of inconvenience and on top I had to ask for sheets and towels and was told I had to wait til morning

First off the room that they tried putting me in the door would not lock when closed then they put us in another room and the was body Bio hazard left on the bed / blood stains and other Is bodily fluids.. fruit Flys in the bath tub and a half used bar a soap no Is towels or wash rags.. my wife was very upset so we left there and found a new hotel to stay at .that place should be shut down.
