Hotel and location are ok. Wife likes it alot more then I do. Wanted to sit in hot tub, but no hot tub. I'd rather be at one that does. Front Desk is always behind when I go there. Not sure if it's a timing thing for me or they like to run short staff. Had an issue getting into one of our rooms. Told front Desk and they had someone there to fix the issue quickly. Have stayed here several times. I'd rather try a different place, but wife likes it so I guess it's whatever.

The person who checked us in was rude and discourteous. Not suitable for hospitality services. Somebody needs to "Mystery shop" her. When I called from airport had to call 3 times for her to answer. Once hung up after saying hello. I never had such bad experience with Hilton hotels. Except for that the rest of the staff were wonderful.

Our suite was spacious, we enjoyed the evening reception from 5-6:30PM. The buffet breakfast was wonderful.
Negatives:
No hot tub. There happened to be a tournament on the weekend and lots of teenagers were loud past midnight.
The pool closed at 10pm. It would have been nice to have no kids in the pool past 9pm and have it opened until 11pm (9-11pm over age 16)
Two evenings we were not able to use the pool due to lots of small children right up until it closed at 10pm. Sunday evening was good to use the pool though.

I thought Embassy Suite would have been a little more upscale. It was rundown, dirty, old, tired. The floors of the main lobby were filthy when I first arrived. My room was stuffy and wasn't very cool.
