Positives: Everything was great. The breakfast was great for me and my family. Everything was fresh during breakfast. Also we were just minutes from the Mall. The Embassy made sure the adults had our time without the children with both a refreshment hour for adults and pool time for only adults. I liked the fact that the staff responded very quickly when you request things.

Negatives: There was an elevator broke down from the time we were there until the time we left and that created a lot of congestion in the front lobby but thank God they had several other elevators working. We just had to walk to the other side of the building to get to them.
