Negatives: there is no actual front desk attendant at the desk 24/7, they have poor communication amongst staff, the entire hotel smells of smoke, rooms are very stuff and outdated

Negatives: the first room i was given was already occupied and the second room had lots of trash shoved under the bed and there was a film on the wood part of the ground making it sticky. there was also a police officer that was looking into something that had happened when i got there which made me very nervous as a solo traveler.

Positives: We liked location. It was close to the airport ,downtown and the mall of America. The kitchenette was decent for a long stay. There was plenty of parking but only outside. That is everything good about this hotel as you can see it's not very much.
Negatives: We arrived at the hotel we were told there would be no breakfast. We had booked the hotel in May and had received no notification about breakfast being canceled. After one night we had to switch rooms, this never should've happened because we booked the room in May. The hotel was not very well managed. The room had a table but no chairs and a kitchen but no utensils. We had to ask for utensils to be brought up to out room. There were scratches on furniture and the paint was chipped. Our toilet didn't even work properly! We stayed at the hotel for 1 1/2 weeks but the room was NEVER cleaned. I've noticed this is a tendency after the COVID pandemic. Apparently it's to stop the spread of the virus. I think it's just an excuse for bad service. On top of this when we asked for new sheets they never gave us the new sheets. This place is a week excuse for a hotel.
Cheap for a reason.
Negatives: ESA hotel that I made a reservation for was overbooked so there was no room when I got there. The one they sent me to had oatmeal and energy bars for breakfast. Staff was out smoking twice when I went to check-in and check-out.

Positives: they gave our room away so we had to sleep in vehicle
Positives: The bed did not have bed bugs and the sheets were clean but that was the only thing that was!
Negatives: The carpet was filthy, was not vacuum ( Half a piece of bread was under the chair half eaten)Crumbs in the corner, under the table. the room smelled. the little kitchen area had filthy sticky floors.
