The staff was very rude and the hotel was not clean. I had to move room due to cleanliness of the hotel. The AC was faulty in both rooms, the AC was set to 67, but the room did not go below 72. I requested to move rooms but was denied, and I was offered a FAN. They ran out of food for the breakfast buffet and blamed it on the truck not coming on and refused to discount the meal

They didn't clean the rooms. I get that it say every other day they clean the rooms but, when that day came they still didn't clean the rooms. Once you call and complain to guest services they sent someone up with the things you needed. I was there 5 days and didn't get the room cleaned. The drivers tells you that you can get a shuttle whenever you called. But, when you call for a pick up they tell you, you have to wait the shuttle runs every 2 hours. The front desk employee's have the worst attitudes and they are the first people that you see when entering the hotel. They tell you that it's no manager that you can talk to, they don't wanna give you the manager name or their name.
