I paid for a King bed room and received a Queen bed room instead. Unhappy with the switch without a heads up. It was too late to complain and we made do.

Location & convenience of your shuttle pick up from Terminal 2.

No information about amenities. I had to call the front desk to get my “sheet of paper “ with them listed. There is not a notepad nor pen at the desk in my room.
Neither lights over the bed worked. . . therefore I was ‘in the dark!’ The lovely night manager, Joan Mae, came up once again. She had to take the lamp from the table and bring it by the beds. Thank goodness the shade could be slanted to see the bed I had chosen to sleep in.
The AC/ heat control controls were difficult if not impossible to see. They were on the wall in the bedroom area. If I hadn’t brought a flashlight with me, I would’ve had to call the front desk.
The controls below the windows were only visible with my flashlight… but non worked. Also, the fan would not shut off so I had to leave the TV on to cover the noise of the fan in order to get to sleep.
Others on my shuttle to the airport had similar problems with the fan.
Having arrived at 10 PM, the available food was Rice Krispie bars. Hmmm?
I am very disappointed in my stay there. I thought the Hyatt name meant a better quality product.
