The bed. It presented as if two 400 lb. people have been sleeping on it for 15 years. I had to sleep on the center ridge. You could actually see the slumps in the mattress.
The in room coffee, a joke. Dirty hallway carpet. Breakfast choices seemed pretty slim for 6:30am
