Positives: Rooms were clean.

Negatives: The staff (indian guy) was really rude. I came in at 2pm and they wouldn't let me check in. They said if I want to check in at 2pm I need to pay 50$, REALLY??? Who dose checkn in at 3pm??? It should always be 1pm, might as well do already 6pm check in. When I booked I added a note that i will arive between 1pm-2pm and it said they will do there best to get me in. Guess not I was waiting in the car for 1 hour.

Positives: The first staff member met was nice. He helped us with our room as we were up on the second floor with a lot of luggage and weren't told by the facility that the facility had no elevator. He did offer to help bring it up the yep flights or stairs. Ultimately, he changed our room.

Negatives: No elevator. Short of cleaning staff, rooms partially cleaned. Breakfast was not what was advertised. The rooms were not what you see here as advertised.

Positives: Pool was supposed to be 24 hour but was closed at 10 and looked disgusting, tried charging me a )100 deposit after I already paid for the room, and the guy at the desk handed me his bosses info and told me to reach out to him with my issue with the deposit.

Negatives: Tv wasn’t even plugged in when we got there so had to wait 20 mins to get it to load up and work, beds were uncomfortable, the free breakfast times were wrong on the site, half of the outlets didn’t work or had shorts in them.

Positives: I stayed in a accessible room in the bathroom there was a seat in the shower the screws were loose and eventually someone gonna be hurt,because they are coming outta the wall,other than that the staff was super,and the facility was very clean and comfortable, I will come back again
