Great friendly staff, great location and easy in and out very nice up to date rooms brought back some nice memories I had attended our Company Christmas party at this Facility back in 1981 or 1982 while I believe this was a Sofitel Hotel

The bed was so comfortable! oved that there was a choice of pillow. Staff was super friendly and my room had a tub!

No staff were at the desk for check in. I believe i waited Moore than 5 minutes. Prices in the restaurant were high.

I wish they offer complimentary breakfest, other then that, absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sheraton.

I traveled with my dog and she was welcomed with open arms. They gave us a room on the first floor which made trips outside super easy, they had a poo bag station outside & even gave us a travel one to clip on the leash. Staff was super friendly & helpfu.

I'm always stuck in a room with people stomping above me. Also, it hosts weddings so you're bound to have late night noise from wedding guests.

Branded as 4 star hotel, should be 2 star. Receptionist couldn't even understand basic English. If you ask him something he would reply something else. Felt like living in refugee center/shelter crowd wasn't decent.
