Extended Stay America Suites - Minneapolis - Eden Prairie - Technology Drive

Negatives: The first room was supposed to be smoke free. Definitely wasn't. The second room didn't have hot water. The "breakfast" is granola bars, muffins and oatmeal. The I was disappointed in the facility but the staff was friendly enough.

Negatives: People smoking cigarettes and pot in the hotel, so it stunk very bad especially since I had a child with me. Our room smelled so bad that my hair smelled like the room in the morning. Some of the towels were dirty and folded back up to look clean. The air vent in our bathroom was completely plugged and looked gross and was just hanging from the ceiling half way off (probably the only way it could suck air out cuz it was so clogged) Had a kitchenette but no utensils, cookware ect provided. Which was probably ok since the drawers that held that stuff were all dirty. Our curtains were broken so we had to clip them shut with hair clips. We overheard a lady complaining to the front desk that she had to go out and buy her own bedding because when she got to her room, her's was dirty and was tired of waiting for someone to change it. I also thought they were supposed to provide a free breakfast, but all they had was coffee and granola bars. And overall it gave out a sketchy vibe that I didn't feel safe leaving my room alone. If i would of known all this before hand, I would of sucked it up and paid more money to stay somewhere else.

Negatives: I had to request dishes. Didn’t have kitchen knives, paper towels, dishwasher, dish soap, dish drainer, garbage disposal, and Pans didn’t have lids. Milk had been spilled on the floor under the refrigerator and had dried on the floor. When I checked out at 7am no one was at the desk or anywhere I could see.

Negatives: I did not like the grab and go breakfast, I wish there was more hot selections - like bacon and eggs. I also wish the room was stocked with items such as plates, cups, silverware. We had to make an extra trip downstairs to get those items.

Negatives: The worker at the front desk was beyond disrespectful to me after he took over 45 minutes to get to the front desk and threatened to not give me a room or refund for my pre-payment. He wanted to fight after I told him he was being rude for saying/laughing my work shirt was dirty and wouldn’t cooperate with me until I threatened to call the police and 2 other guests had to talk to him to get him to give me a room key. Not to mention my 2yo daughter was with me. Absolutely ridiculous!

Negatives: came for the pool area, water play area, nothing works. There is a dog constantly barking

Negatives: Needed cleaning. Got into our room & toilet wouldn’t flush , so had to be moved to a different room. Asked for a hair dryer, as soon as I plugged it in it started smoking. Took 30 minutes to find a replacement, by then my hair was a complete frizz so had to wear it up. Staff was friendly though.

Negatives: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The room was dirty like they never cleaned it. The room and hallways stunk we had to go get candles for the room. The hallways were dirty and had garbage on the floor. There was dog poor on the floor from someone stepping in it and rubbing it all over the carpet that was never cleaned up. Then to top it all off someone from housekeeping stole my clothes and my kids Nintendo switch. When we went down to the front desk the guy we talked to said that he he called the manager and was waiting on her mind you she lives in the building. I waiting for 45 minute and left.

Negatives: my room did not get cleaned for the duration of my 3 day stay .
