I called the night before and inquired about an early check in. (11:30 ish AM). I was told "not a problem" When I showed up, the person at the check in said " it will be a $10 fee to check in before noon". I rebutted and said the person I talked to last night (Derick I think) said "not a problem" This pissed me off and did not want to pay the $10. So, I had to delay starting my computer for a conference call at 11:45. Extremely disappointed!!!

The third floor hallway had a mattress there the whole time. The check in time is 3-6 pm no exceptions allowed. The place wasn't very clean. The beds weren't comfortable. I would never stay in an Extended Stay America again as I had a bad experience.

when I went to open the door the room the inside door hatch/lock was locked the room was occupied by a female who was the supposedly the overnight worker. she came to open the the door in her underwear and tank top. it was a very uncomfortable situation.
In the room there was no kitchen utensils pots pans plates cups bowls we dishwashing soap or sponge. I had to ask for it and buy dishwashing detergent.
