Positives:
I liked the friendly staff, however, they were full to capacity and I think a little overwhelmed. Not sure they have enough housekeeping staff to keep up with sold out capacity. Clean rooms. I like that we were not charged for parking - at least not that I know of.
Negatives:
The second night our in room coffee supplies were not replenished. Because the breakfast area was not staffed, we also did not get the breakfast we expected. The breakfast employee was apparently out sick so the breakfast area was closed. The desk clerk was nice enough to make us some coffee and give us a leftover muffin.
