The room smelled of smoke upon entering. We asked the front desk to take care of it, they did not.

The tub was dirty, the water didn't drain for 2 days, at 2 am the elevator and the hallway smelled like weed, yet they say if you smoke a cigarette you get charged an extra 250.00. you had to track down cleaning people to get a roll of tissue.

Breakfast buffet was pretty good, staff was friendly, location was great. Value for the dollar was outstanding.

My room smelled like smoke, but one spray disinfectant made it go away

There was terrible cell service, we couldn't get extra towels. Our room wasn't cleaned the nights that we stayed there.

We were not given the room we booked, the room was not ready upon arrival (which was 1.5 hrs after check in), the room did not have toilet paper and smelled of smoke.
