Staybridge Suites Minneapolis-Maple Grove an IHG Hotel

Negatives: Bed was very uncomfortable, and people were smoking pit outside the side door.

Negatives: no complaints!

Negatives: The hotel was undertaking a refurbishment. Noise, smell and disruption in the corridors right next to my room

Negatives: The "hot" food wasn't hot and tasted like it wasn't in any way fresh. The only option I ended up considering OK was yogurt and fruit.

Negatives: Both beds in our room were extremely uncomfortable, the hot tub was lukewarm at best, and the breakfast was just not that appetizing. We were in town for a “Moms Night-out” and were especially looking forward to the hot, hot-tub, and a great breakfast. Moms night-out don’t come along too often as most of our time is dedicated to our precious babies and their development so it’s just unfortunate it wasn’t the best experience.

Negatives: Desiree, the woman who first offered to check me in is the most rude host I have ever interacted with. upon finding I had accidentally listed my cousin as the guest (I thought I was listing her in addition to me) she simply stated we can’t check you in, placed my cards on the counter and turned away. as I stood there stunned, I started thinking through the issue and what solutions there were. for probably two minutes I didn’t move and she never acknowledged me. when I did finally ask about some specific options that could be the answer she responded without looking at me once. after checking in with another host, I enter the building to find the floors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in days and garbage in the hallways still not picked up at 3pm. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and at breakfast after running out of food and plates, 10-15 people milling, my aunt went to find someone to ask them to bring out more supplies. they brought out paper plates and after waiting for extended time…still frozen.
