The noise from the body road outside was very loud and the door to the bathroom was installed incorrectly and so it was very difficult to open/close

Good bed, quiet! Front desk staff, evening staff didn’t even tell us she was staff or her name or she would assist me in anyway, she was not consistently there, no sign!! I wanted to buy some snacks and beverage- instead I had to use the vending machines on 1st floor and lost $$
Negatives:
Location,construction machines all around property - very unsightly
Booking said it was pet friendly only to find out they charge $50.00 a night for our 1 dog!!
