Between Wednesday, Oct 4th, 2023 at midnight and Thursday, Oct 5th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Oct 4 and Oct 5, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Thursday, Oct 5th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2023-10-04 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received on your check-in date will incur a charge of 19% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: Great location. Staff was nice and kind. Overall hotel looked clean.

Negatives: A/C didn't work and we have to change room. The fridge of the new room made a horrible noise during sleeping time. Someone knocked our door at 1 am and scared us, my husband checked and he heard steps running on the hall. They charged for parking which I wasn't informed. First room bed, it's comforter looked old and bed wasn't comfortable. Thankfully we changed rooms. Towels in second room had a smell that clearly indicated that they were not washed properly.
