Positives:
I thought some of the amenities were nice, like the hotel bar and the pool table. The bartenders were very hospitable, and friendly. The bed/bedding was nice, clean and comfy. Towels were fine.
Negatives:
The place just looks tired and kind of worn down. The front entrance looks very dirty and tired. The room itself was not super unclean, it just felt like the carpet was dirty and the nothing seemed overly clean.

great hotel, great staff, great...
Positives:
Loved the pool and the "hanging out" area in the front. super comfortable,convenient, and so nice to have a place to play cards and be with friends. The bed was awesome, and the room was good. The shower had great pressure, but initially was aimed in the wrong directions so got the bathroom very wet.

Positives:
Great location for a trip to the Guthrie. Hip style is quirky and fun from the usual hotel.
Negatives:
Said they served breakfast and I think I paid extra through booking.com for it.... then morning came and we went down to find it was just their point of sale amenities and a bit steep of a price with a single muffin being over $4.

Rooms were fine, clean. If you need a place to sleep and shower it will do but that is it.
Negatives:
It was a weekday and they didn't shovel by 8am, yet many other commercial places were able too. The response from the hotel on this disappointment was worse, they don't even realize they should have been more prompt. I can understand the parking lot but not even the side walks and there is 4 people standing around the desk. The pool table advertised has been out for refurbishment, I guess for quite a while. the hot tub and pool were closed. The place was selected for these amenities. I didn't get the feeling they actually cared while I was there or in there response to my concerns through thrown feedback website.

Positives:
Everything, until the cook put something on my food that made me pass out in my room. At which point someone came in my room. Which is why I checked out at 3 or 4 am. I did not call the police because it’s Minneapolis
Negatives:
Being dosed with whatever was used to make me pass out. The concierge who checked me in and told me not to use the card I used, successfully, because of a made up reason. The bougie attitude of the concierge. The lack of cameras to secure people and their things on the individual floors. The total lack of security
