The facility is always nice.
Negatives:
I had a 'party room' of adults in the room next to me who managed to party until 5 am. Since no one answered the phone at the front desk, I had to get fully dressed at 4AM to go downstairs and find someone. Even then, they continued to party, scream, slam doors, and act as if they had no understanding of a hotel. Staff has to be more on top of that. I'm not sure if I'll be booking this one again. The drive back home was super tough after having my sleep disturbed for 2 hours overnight.

Positives:
The hotel is beautiful, our room looked nice especially the bathroom, check-in staff was polite and it's close to event venues.
Negatives:
The beds weren't very comfortable, the staff checking out seemed a tad bit rude, and at 8 AM housekeeping knocked loudly then proceeded to quickly open the door and then slam it shut once they noticed we were in the room which was awkward and not quite how we wanted to wake up.

We were not told that we would not be given clean towels or have our trash emptied each day....so had to get our towels at the front desk which was also challenging since he had to make a trip to get them, we also emptied our own trash.

The staff was very nice. We were able to take a shuttle to the comedienne's show. This was very nice as we aren't overly familiar with the area.
Negatives:
Housekeeping didn't touch our room. Generally, the bare minimum that is done is beds are made, trash emptied, and supplies (coffee pods, toilet paper, towels) refreshed. This didn't happen. I had to go to the front desk to request a roll of toilet paper and glasses (and was directed to the restaurant for glasses). There were no clean towels offered and no coffee pods provided for morning coffee. This is the first time I didn't leave a tip for Housekeeping.
