We love the location. The restaurant is amazing as well! Ask for KayKay or Ali G at the Umbra bar rail! We also forgot an expensive item and to our surprise they still had it and gave us several options on pickup or shipped directly to us! Always will come back here!

Amazing and a very necessary...

Good location, aesthetics were beautiful, large room.
Negatives:
It was pretty loud at all hours, I was on the second floor and wouldn’t recommend it as the lobby is exposed and you can hear everything going on below.

Positives:
This was my second stay at this hotel and not as pleasant as my first. Staff at check in were not very professional and the room was noisy. We could hear the band in the lobby on two nights and guests in the next room on one night. I will probably look elsewhere next time.
Negatives:
Confirmed two rooms would be located together but when I arrived they had been charged.
