There was no cleaning unless you asked for it. There is no shuttle bus to/from the airport, and you have to purchase the breakfast. It is not value for money. Some of the staff are rude and not welcoming.

I liked the amenities, the lobby, the staff. Friendly courteous, and there to help as needed. We were a few guys in from out of town for the viking's game partying it up, and we weren't hasseld in any way.
Negatives:
Asked for cleaning service or maid service or whatever but that didn't seem to happen. Not like we made a big mess but a few more towels and an extra set of bedding would have been better. Seemed like a few times I noticed patrons having issues with payment or reservations, but it seemed like more technical issues than employee issues. Could be due to booking
apps etc.
