First room was incorrect because they didn't have a king room left. They did not do anything about it. Then went back to the room to did out the tvs didn't work. They then moved me rooms but only when the tvs did not work did they offer to comp the parking. Booking nor the property offer any discount due to the incorrect room.

No breakfast or anything was open to have or use. Also, our tvs didn't work the whole entire night we were there, so we had nothing to do.

Positives:
We had really good parking in the enclosed ramp, and the room was clean. Took us a few tries to figure out that we needed to use our room key to go up to our floor. Our first room was great. Right off the elevator, staff was great, and accommodating.
Negatives:
When we got to our room, I wanted to take a shower, but the hot water was not working. Took them a while to get us a new room, and I felt they should have given me a discount for the trouble. I was also not aware of the $100 deposit until checkout. Hidden fees do not make me happy.

my room was dirty, leftover beer bottle on the window seal. The water in the bathroom was brown didn’t feel comfortable brushing my teeth. The lobby was under heavy construction and looked horrible. The staff was not very friendly. The parking garage was slippery.
