The location of hotel was great, staff was amazing & room size was perfect

Few outlets did not work,some lights in the room did not work. First 2 days the A/C was not working,the shower curtains were broke,toilet was dirty,broken toilet seat and the ironing board was broke. As well as a medical mask covering a rusty fire sprinkler in the restroom .

Our bathroom door had some screws loose and didn’t close, they choose to not clean your room while we stay there which is fine. Although we booked a room for 3 teens and 2 adults. There was only a half roll of toilet paper and 2 towels. We called and asked for more and they never came. We ended up having to go to the front desk wait on line for a while to get these items. I understand if they don’t wanna clean our room every day to keep costs down but when we require more toiletries then they should supply them easier.

Let's just say... I'm so glad the room was spacious and clean.
Negatives:
First, it was a nightmare finding parking. Second, once we finally found a parking spot on the second floor, we rang the intercom many times and no one answered. We waited outside with our luggage, for 15-20 minutes. Finally, someone answered but then they took another 15 minutes to open the door. When we got the lobby there was a huge line (guess it was busy due to a concert in town), but there was ONLY ONE PERSON at the front desk. She was not only taking care of the huge line but also, answering calls and finding solutions for whatever issues other employees were having. At least she was nice.

The staff was nice.

The shower in my room smelled like a toilette backed up in it. The door wouldn't close all the way unless forced a bit. I asked for a city view room, there wasn't much of a view. I booked 2 rooms and they weren't close at all room 406 and 606 2 floors apart. Over priced and not worth the stay. Had to ask for new sheets, stains on the ones in 606.
