See listed below. They finally told us they cancelled somebody to get us our confirmed suite for 5. Waste of damn time Plus none of the amenities were as the website stated. We should literally get all of our money back

We arrived at the hotel, no bar, no shuttle, only had 1 listed for free breakfast, no pool, put 5 of in a (confirmed suite) with 1 bed. When told front staff this is not what we paid for, they told us they could bring pillows, so we sleep on the floor?

Heater in room didnt work, has it turned up to 80 and it was freezing. Hotel smelled like weed. Front door didnt work and the lobby had a trash can full of water from the ceiling leaking. Desk clerk scrolling on cell phone and ignored me.
