Check in was at 4:00, our room wasnt ready until after 6:00 and our event started at 6:30. We missed the opening act. They allowed people early check in for an extra $100, but couldnt even honor the agreed upon check in time for everyone else. Very poor planning and preparedness for a weekend they knew would be very busy (Taylor Swift). Staff was friendly but didnt see an issue with people waiting hours for their room. The entire lobby was full of people waiting (for hours), some having to get ready for the concert in the lobby. Our room didnt have a working phone, we had to find a maintenance staff to fix it. No ice available on our floor. No actual blanket for the bed, so it was cold all night. For the very high price we paid, it was frustrating and disappointing.
