The hotel and parking was easy to access and very convenient. The facility was spotless and welcoming. The desk clerk was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were perfect. We would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The staff willing to help. Abigail the floor manager was super helpful and always attentive..really went the extra mile to help.
I loved the restaurant staff always trying to please.

The waste with disposable plates and breakfast stuff. The quality of fruits for breakfast and only 1 milk and yogurt.
I disliked that we had a microwave but no spoon in the room and they rarely refilled my tea.

The mattress was like sleeping on a box spring, you could feel all the springs and it even gave me a nightmare. Parking on site was an additional $22, which we were unaware of

Amazing staff, they were always so friendly and ready to assist. The hotel is in a great spot if youre looking to be in and around the University of Minnesota campus. A 10 minute walk to most of the buildings, plus super close to the Gopher stadium.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

I enjoyed the location as it was within walking distance of our intended destination for the stay. Rooftop bar was a big plus, and breakfast was good too.
Negatives:
Parking was a little challenging to navigate and figure out, but once we did it was fine. It was also a little challenging using the room keys as they de-activated randomly at times.

Laundry facilities and the roof top patio was more than I expected! Staff was friendly and accommodating. I even had a packaged delivered while there. Breakfast was acceptable much more appreciated than continental breakfast. All the extras were unexpected!
