The room and bed was very comfortable as well as the shower. The staff was very kind and polite.

I wish they had more amenities like a pool and lounge like most other five star hotels. Also, the A/C seemed to turn off on its own after a while in the morning as if on a timer or temperature limit.

The guest was only able to arrive and check in 1-day later than expected (the 23rd instead of the 22nd). I messaged the hotel via booking.com about this but never got a response. Due to this I called their number: +1 612-688-4500 to make sure this wont cause any issue. I talked to the hotel for 9 minutes and they ensured me that they marked my booking with late check-in (the 23rd instead of the 22nd) and ensured me that there won't be any issue. When the guest arrived to the hotel on the 23rd the reception claimed that the late check-in is not in their system and forced the guest to make another booking and made the guest to pay again. Very bad experience, feels like the hotel tried to gain profit from this by paying us double.

Cool Art Deco building with lots of style. Room was stylish, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the corner room view. Connection of the hotel to the skyway was a nice feature. Bar Rufus cocktails were great.
