Was in the cities for a concert, stayed up late with the impression I’d get to sleep in, considering check out is at noon.
Wrong. House keeping keeping entered our room at 8:30am to clean it???? WHAT.
An hour later they are knocking AGAIN.
I go down to the front desk and ask why they entered the room and continue to knock.
She asked if we put up a DND thing on the door?
1. We weren’t provided one
2. Never in my life have I had this situation occur

We booked a suite for a family of four but the sofa bed was not prepared when we arrived. We had to figure out how to unfold it, ask for the linen and duvet at the reception and prepare it ourselves.
The sofa had a very thin mattress and was very uncomfortable.
The same suite for two people using the queen size bed would have been OK but we cannot recommend booking for four people.
