On the first day, the staff was not very supportive (rather rude) when I had some questions regarding my payment.

It took over a hour to get checked in. We didnt get any keys. We were ushered to our room with no keys. The staff was very uncertain of what to do. The room had no air circulation or fan to turn on. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room worked like a dorm room from college. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room was actually quite small. The breakfast was subpar at best.

Valet parking was overpriced and inconvenient, told to request vehicle 30-45 minutes before it was needed. Stayed in 1 king bed room and it was super tiny. Overall was not impressed with our stay but the reservation was prepaid and could not be cancelled.

Great location and very clean. Staff was pleasant.
Negatives:
No parking unless you pay $45 for valet. 45 minutes before breakfast was over they were out of almost everything and didnt refill because it would be wasteful to open new packages. A lot of people were disappointed with breakfast.

Loved how welcoming the staff were . Loved how they had it set up also. And Loved being able to play pool. The staff were fun to talk to and they made you feel like you've known them forever
