Positives: The view was excellent. It was a stylish room, with a beautiful view. It was clean, and it was very straight forward as to was available. The shower was lovely.

Negatives: The staff was friendly, but a bit immature. Every suggestion they gave for food or accommodations were either not opened until a couple hours later, or no longer in business.

Positives: I loved the location as it was close to the places we wanted to visit while in the city.

Negatives: my husband and I have stayed at this property a few times before and we’re excited to visit again. We we’re very disappointed. We knew about the valet charges from previous stays, but the text feature to pick our car up only worked once. The rooms and upper floors smelt stale like they air wasn’t well circulated. The other all maintenance of the room was also rough. There was a small hole in the wall and an extremely hard to move and squeaky bathroom door. We then went out for the night, came back and had extremely watered down drinks for $17 each and were disappointed for obvious reasons. When it was time for bed we noticed small rips in the duvet and what appeared to be ink stains on one of the pillow cases. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were very loud/crinkly, maybe over starched?
