The property was convenient and easy to get to. And it was cheap. The room wasnt as bad as the outside common areas.
Negatives:
This property is in serious need of an update. When you drive up you see the paint peeling from the building. The hallways and common areas make you wonder whether or not this was a good idea. Honestly, it looks terrible. Also, in addition to your room charge they bill an upfront deposit ($50) and some other fee ($7) they tacked on when I made the reservation. Kinda sketchy. OYO? More like Oh, no.

Its was filthy and run down. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes and no one was working. Its smelled like mold and urine. We honestly thought it was a condemned building.
