Great location next to a little shopping center.
Negatives:
The room that I stayed in had a bad smell to it hurt my sinuses which I am very delicate about it. The blackout curtains was very dirty it needs to be changed. During our stay housekeeping was not available to refresh our towels and toiletries. I was flabbergasted. Because there was no Ice machine available for us to use.. Breakfast needs more of a selection than just having sausage links and sausages patties everyday..

The rooms, pool. outdoor areas, and breakfast were wonderful and very much appreciated.
Negatives:
Lack of hot water; shower water was luke warm at best. The TV in the fitness center was locked onto "Fox News Network" and I was unable to change channels. Forcing a patron to watch Fox News is the worst form of torture and should be considered "inhumane"; I would have rather shaved all of my hair off.

Great decor and room layout, friendly staff, super clean, didn't use the kitchen but it's very nice. Even the hot tub was the perfect temp (and towels in pool area were plentiful, which often doesn't happen). Snack pantry had all the right choices, including ice cream for the husband, who needs his daily treat. Even appreciate the noon checkout time - leaves enough time to watch our church online in our room on a Sunday - while enjoying a yummy free breakfast. We will look for this brand in the future. Thanks.
Negatives:
One tiny detail - biscuits & gravy at breakfast was very good, but I and a couple others noted that there was no sausage or bacon to go with eggs or waffles. Seemed unusual.

Overall great place to stay!
Positives:
The location was convenient for us. We liked having a suite so that our grandchildren could go to sleep earlier than the adults.
Negatives:
The pull-out couch was nice to have, but the mattress was stained and we didn’t want our grandchildren to sleep on it so we had them sleep on top of the cushions.
The lobby only had one extra blanket to give us so we had to get a sleeping bag from our car for the second child.

Felt like you were in the country with the open grassland back by the pool and courtyard. Breakfast was really good. Beds were comfortable. Clean rooms. Water pressure in shower. Quiet noise level. Staff very kind and helpful. Location was excellent.
Negatives:
Thermostat seems to give wrong inside temp as it kept going up through our stay but still felt cool with AC on. Toilet in bathroom next to king bed was hot to the touch and was running hot water instead of cold.
