The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was cozy.
Negatives:
Breakfast is not included. However. I booked a room and paid the extra money for breakfast for my party of 3. We went to eat breakfast and when we were done, they asked how we were going to pay. They said coupons are normally handed out for guests with breakfast. I had to show her my booking confirmation, she said this has to do with 3rd party booking (booking.com)
There are no vending machines. You have to buy snacks and drinks from their little "market" inside, 3 pops cost 13 dollars.
There is a hot tub, the jets don't work.
We got a 2 queen bed room. And they were full beds.
