We were looking for a place with a hot tub and pool for the entire family to relax in. Thats the main reason why we book a hotel- for the pool amenities. The pool was freezing cold and 4 feet deep. Kiddie pool. No hot tub. So my 8 year old was the only one who enjoyed while my husband and other two older kids sat in the room instead of relax in the pool area. Because we didnt want to sit in a 4 foot freezing cold pool.

I wish I could get a refund it ruined our whole trip

The entire hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, & the kids loved the pool. The waffle breakfast bar was a highlight for my wife & kids. Needing to use our room key everywhere was a bit inconvenient, but we appreciated the extra security it gave us.
Negatives:
The bathroom in our room didn't have a fan. It's not a deal breaker, but it would be nice. The family would appreciate it after I use the toilet. The $25 fee for parking is a bit steep, but I appreciate the security their ramp provides.
