Positives: Property is fresh and clean

Negatives: Staff. Despite making a payment in full online, the staff tried to charge me again, full price. It was only due to luck that I noticed does the number they put doesn't make sense and does not look like an incidental charge. It did take a while to convince them of that. Furthermore, after the checkout they called me and demanded more money, yet again. Really ... and, while end of day there was no monetary harm, how many people actually missed that?
