We were told at check in that we had to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. Since it was 6:30 pm we thought we could not get room service the next day. It did come late in the afternoon while we were napping. It then came every day after as requested. Getting your room cleaned should've been a given. The maid was very sweet. She did not take the tip we left until we handed it to her or left a note that it was for her.
