Wanted to charge 50.00 to check in one hour early.
No cold water until I turned valve on under sink. Then the faucet dripped which I am sure is why the valve was turned off. The toilet seat was very loose which I tightened . No more free coffee in the lobby. The pool was closed and the lounge wasn't open at all.

The main reason we booked was a respite for a family member facing a new terminal diagnosis. We booked specifically for the pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool was closed for repair (Labor Day weekend) and we did not stay. The hotel got our booking g for you as we were standing there, and they didn’t check us in. They told us they would not charge us. The charge is appearing from Booking.com, which we used to book another hotel (La Quinta Woodbury) and stayed there. With a working pool. The room had a bad musty smell and was very humid. The bedding felt grimy so asked for new. The new also felt grimy so must just be the bedding itself. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Staff was great but room was not.

Nothing - the pool was closed. The lobby and hallways were dirty and dusty. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned in a while. Our room was also dirty, and there was hair all over the shower.
Negatives:
It was dirty, both in the room and out. The guy who checked us in was a grade A asshole who didn’t want to be bothered. It was a horrible stay and not worth the money.

Was here for the Lake Elmo dog shows. Appreciated the DOG YARD the most! Pet fee was reasonable for the area at $25/noght. Staff even had doggie treats! The room was spacious, immaculate and even had a reading nook! Loved the industrial style decor as well. Front desk staff was terrific and took pride in the lobby area. I felt very safe!

It was decently clean and the price wasn't to bad. The place could use a little tlc but all in all it was an alright stay.
