Positives: We arrived and were asked if we had a reservation or just made a reservation. I said no, we made it weeks ago. We did not get the room reserved but a different room with two beds.
Negatives: The bathroom smelled of urine. The kitchenette had a full garbage in the cupboard. There was crumbs on the floor by both beds.

Positives: It was close to the shopping mall and grocery store. It’s also Off the expressway and not hard to find ! Super quiet and to my surprise the bed was comfortable !
Negatives: The linen was super dingy. All pillows cases had stains on them and the sheets were covered with hair. No housekeeping on site so I had to get new sheets and change them myself ! The night shift front desk attendant was very kind gave me new sheets , even new pillows! U could tell whoever cleaned earlier did a rush job .

Negatives: I made the reservation to be able to check in early in the morning. Paid for the full night and they gave my room to someone else because I wasn't there by 6pm. That is why I called and stated on the reservation on booking.com that it was going to be an early morning check in. Very disappointed that I was unable to stay and still pay for the room. Bad customer service in my opinion!

Positives: Extended Stay Property lacks innovation. Customer service is poor. Rooms require upgrades. A simple things like garbage, door stopper, falling electric bulbs and outdated electric socket, supply of towels, toilet roll etc is not taken care. Customer Servoice personnel do not even smile. They seems to not understand English although , they speak English. No welcoming gesture at all, a kind of boring and unfriendly , robotic feeling. Small things do not cost much. But bad attitude cost the hotel. The location was good. The property owner do not seem to be interested in running the hotel for serving people, instead they appears to focus on making money. That's my opinion.
Negatives: A lot of things can be done. Most of them, surprising may not cost much. Passion to serve people and make home away from home is first thing required. (2) Upgrade basic things such carpet, door knob, door stopper, coffee supply, unhelthy breakfast to be replacce with fruits and nuts etc.

Positives: The breakfast was horrible it was a breakfast bar and coffee
Negatives: I did not like the room was dirty. I found toenails clipping aside of the chair and I did not clip my toenails. The linen was so dirty looks like it have not be washed ever. The towels has an odor even when you ask for clean towels. The mattress had stains like it have not been changed forever. There was a pipe that bursted and they had to come in my room. I found out by walking my room with the door cracked open. They did not email or send a message to inform you they had to go in your room. They plus charged me an extra 6.00 saying I had left over balance. Then when I incurred about it the staff told me it was only 6.00, but it is my money I would like my 6.00 back.

Negatives: Dead centipede in the shower, the smell of old cooking throughout the property and room, flying bugs in the sink, shower, and room, and no toilet paper installed in the bathroom.

Positives: I have nothing good to say about this place. Did not like it at all. They never check me in. They told me they don't have a room for me, but their parking lot is half empty. They told me there is nothing they can do about it because they don't have a room for me. I ask them why didn't they tell me earlier. They say they don't have my number to contact me, but they message me on the check in day prior to checking that they look forward to seeing me. They told me booking.com was aware that there is no room for me. I call booking.com and was told they don't know that.
Negatives: I did't like the fact that they would not give me a room when they confirm they look forward to seeing me and still charge my credit card.

Positives: The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives: We arrived later in the evening. It took 45 minutes for our room to be ready. The halls & stairs smelled like weed. Very sketchy people going in/out, hanging out in the halls. The police were called every day. There was no towels and we were limited to 3 when we finally got towels. The floor was filthy. The room dated & needed a lot of maintenance. There was no coffeemaker in the room (the amenities list said there would be). No hairdryer, 1 bar of soap, no other toiletries. The fridge was covered in rust. The remote did not work with the TV. My son & his gf also stayed there. They found poop on the shower curtain when they went to take a shower. I would not recommend staying here.
