Negatives: Was almost to the hotel around 5 pm. Hotel called me and let me know i booked my room to late. When I told her I booked it the day before she told me I was basically lying and I would have no room. Driving 5 hrs to that was some great hospitality. Wyndham support was no help, call center. Told me I should book with the property. I tried calling the hotel right after I made the reservation phone was just busy. I called several more times, nothing. Tried in the morning still nothing. Call Wyndham support to verify my reservation as I could not get in touch with the hotel was told my reservation was fine and the hotel was open. So was took by surprise when im 15min away and told you have no room. Replacement options from Wyndham were terrible low grade hotels and no discount or offering for the inconvenience, no sorry. Never will go through Wyndham properties ever again
