The ants that covered the bathroom floor, the vent fan that had no power nor switch going to it so when you shower it made the floor a slipping hazard and the bathtub is rusting.

Room 113: I didnt like that the bathroom floor was covered in ants, the vent fan in the restroom doesnt work (no power for it so the restroom would fog up in a shower & the tub was rusting around the stainless parts.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure needs were met. Very sweet and accommodating. I'd like to give a shout out to the lady in the cafeteria, she wrote daily affirmations on the bananas to encourage the guests and made sure amenities were full.
