YOUR STAFF ARE AMAZING! From the reception people, regardless of whoever is in whatever shift, they are all welcoming and pleasant! The person in the food place is cheerful as well. Makes the food taste so much better :D
Negatives:
If I really have to point out something that can be improved, it probably is the coffee station's lack of a wipe material like a napkin or something. It's just it is common for us to spill something there. It will encourage us to clean up after ourselves if the means to do so is already there.
But then again, the lady always clean everything really quickly
