Positives:
The breakfast was very delightful for my family and I. The decor, inside and out was so amazing and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay to the upmost. The one thing I truly admired the most was my husband talked about the private room where our children were separate from us , meaning we had a door to our master room. We had an amazing time.
Negatives:
Cleaning our room on a daily basis when we called and asked for it to be put on daily cleaning. We were a family of four and that should have not been overlooked. We were in room 522- Housekeeping needs to vacuum under the pull out bed that's in the living room. Their are M&M's candy that has been overlooked when we opened the bed upon our arrival. The mirror that's in the hallway was not cleaned as well. I'm a supervisor in commercial properties in Florida, so I can see when someone has not done a good job, or doesn't look back at their work.

Everything about the hotel, once we got past booking.com's horroble customer service was top notch. I gave them all 10's and have never donebthat before. Not one thing was even a tiny bit bad and clean exceeded my picky standards. Staff was great and ammenities well planned and placed. The coffee in room and at the breakfast bar was truly good coffee. I seldom drink coffee at a hotel. We had to leave by 6 30 so did not try their breakfast but based on every other detail, i am sure it was excellent.
Negatives:
The only thing wrong was wrong was that our reservation was not in place and customer service at booking.com is beyond horrible. Their number is pretty much hidden. Then you wait on hold for long periods of time for someone who only has standard responses in their vocabulary. I lost my 10% bonus as a result if them botching things and because it was outside of the language box, I could not even get it addressed. The hotel, however stepped up to the plate and took care of us when boking.com would not. Just in case the customer service number is: 888 850 3958. Good luck if you ever need it
