The unprofessional staff.Front desk person with liquor bottle outside. A female who I thought was a friend of the front desk guy was actually an employee or manager who propped herself up and sat on the front desk.Really? Dirty halls, elevator. Yuck

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. A special shout out to Byron who is there for us and very helpful with all of our requests. The location was nice to get to downtown or to the university.
Negatives:
When turning on hot water in the bathroom, the pipes would make noise.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Delicious - especially the cinnamon roll. Location was perfect.
Negatives:
At check-in, I asked about having a late checkout for the next day. I was told one thing. However, the next day that time was no longer acceptable. An earlier checkout had to be arranged.
