This was the worst experience I have had a Tru. After several years being a loyal customer I will think twice about booking here again. The room was dirty. Hair and filth in the bathroom. Drink rings on the furniture. The room was also VERY loud. I was up before 6 because someone above me sounded like they were herding cattle. Check in staff was ok. Check out staff was very friendly. 5/10

Our room fit our needs and was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good more than we expected.
Negatives:
Really everything was fine, but we could hear every little noise from the room above us. We had a room on the 3rd floor. We did not hear talking but it was like someone was moving furniture most of the night.
