Negatives: Not clean and really no breakfast but one waffle.

Negatives: My confirmed reservation was not honored and they had no vacancy. Do not select Pay at Property option. Staff was unapologetic.

Negatives: Desk staff was unprofessional, uninterested and rude. A continuous buzzing 125 Hz sound all night in the room, weak or absent wifi and no breakfast although it was advertised.

Negatives: Dirty elevator, hallways, and room (unknown drops of substance on room floors, debris in air conditioner); room had strong odor of cigarette smell. Outside entrance to facility was littered with cigarette butts. Booking .com should not place this facility on website.

Negatives: The lobby was dirty and the room was worse. The clerk was rude and condescending. Several sketchy people where hanging around the entrance. The police made a drive thru looking around. Please take this hotel off your list.

Negatives: Unfriendly staff, room marginally cleaned, graffiti inside the elevator, breakfast was not even minimally acceptable. One waffle machine with no batter. Only other option was bottled water.

Negatives: I signed up for this hotel on line by mistake. It was not a very nice hotel. But it was cheap so I guess I shouldn't complain.

Negatives: Everything!If I could give a negative star I would customer service was rude insulted my disabled husband we checked in for 10 mins and left the property to get another room at a different hotel. The front desk was so rude and used Foul language on to her friend visiting about us. Property was dirty and smelled like Marijuana. The TV was plugged in by a orange electric cord. I can go on and on. I requested a refund still waiting to hear back from red roof inn and booking.com

Negatives: The hotel itself is in need of repair. The ceiling tiles in the hall were stained with water marks or missing, and the hallway smelled of weed. The first room we were given looked as if they floor had not been swept, the bathroom floor had water all over it, and it reeked of cigarettes. The second room we were given had no hair dryer in it. We had to go to the front desk and ask for one. The front desk staff upon our original check-in was less than engaging. She was on her personal cell phone and then looked put out when we came back and asked if we could change rooms. There was no one at the front desk when we went to check out.

Negatives: 1. The machine that makes the card key for the rooms was not working. Therefore, the desk clerk had to use a master key to escort each guests to their room to open the door. 2. Mold was above the bathroom door in the room. 3. Inside the room toilet had a dirty ring inside. 4. Bathtub was very dirty. 5. Microwave didn’t work at all even though it was plugged into outlet. 6. Refrigerator sounded like it was working, but it wasn’t cold and the freezer section was FULL of frozen ice and needs to be defrosted. 7. The telephone in the room was not working at all. Therefore, I couldn’t call down to the front desk. 8. The second desk clerk was very rude to me when I went down to inform her of Booking. com agent trying to contact her by phone to cancel my reservation. 9. The rude desk clerk had told me that she could give me a refund without having to talk to Booking.com when I first went to tell her that Booking.com couldn’t get through to them by phone. However, when I went down with luggage to check out, clerk said only her boss could give me a refund the next day.
