Negatives: Parking challenge, poorly light lot. Hotel decor dated and worn. Not clean, mildew and hair in bathroom. Breakfast area dated. Poor selections, area messy. Breaker blew in dining area no lights. Very poor hotel for the price.

Positives: Amanda helped me fix a situation with my credit card CAUSED by the guy working the front desk at night. I ended up getting double charged and she helped me fix it.

Negatives: Room was dirty, found blood on the shower curtain AND the curtains looking outside. Room 209 also has a jetted tub , with false jets. Parking was ATROCIOUS. And they SAY that it's pet friendly, yet you have NO place to walk or play with your pets safely besides a steep hill right next to a busy road. The guy working the desk at night was cold, impersonal, and honestly made me want to leave the MOMENT we got there. Seems like another Branson strip hotel in the midst of a corporate cash grab. Customer service at this place place (Besides Amanda) has fizzled and died. We will NOT be returning ANY time to this hotel in the near future.
